Though Windows XP CD, that has the setup to run and install Microsoft Windows XP, is actually made by its creator company as the bootable CD and in several cases the requirement of any bootable floppy disk is not necessary while installing Windows XP on any physical computer machine but still bootable floppy disk can be created or prepare through another personal computer that is having Windows XP operating system on it.
If you want to make a floppy diskette bootable while running the operating system of Microsoft Windows XP, you should following simple necessary steps that are listed below:

• A floppy diskette should be inserted into floppy diskette drive.
• Now run the format process on that floppy diskette.
• An option will be seen by you to make your floppy diskette as a startup disk to MS-DOS.
• Select that option if an intention is there to make a bootable floppy diskette.

• Right click on the icon A: Drive after opening “My Computer” and inserting a blank floppy diskette in A: Drive
